Dr. Lanza and her team were so kind and compassionate. I came in this office, ready to be judged for making my own decision to seek a specialist and to be proactive without a recommendation just doing my own research and not only that, but nervous about what I might find out. However, I was greeted with nothing but kindness, no judgment. Dr. Lanza was so supportive and understanding and made me feel confident about making the right decision and supported my decision and helped me come up with a plan. I wish I could see her for all my medical needs. Thank you Dr. Lanza.

10 out of 10, most doctors are offended that I read and research regarding my health struggles, she didn't flinch, she listened and reasured me that she took my concerns seriously, she made me feel like I didn't need to owr read, because she heard me and created a plan to address my concerns.
