Kimberly is professional but takes the time to talk with us. She explains her treatment plan and answers our questions.

After learning that she has been an NP for as many years that she has, I appreciate that she at some point must have gone back to school to complete her doctorate. I appreciate having such an experienced provider who also shows commitment to continuing education. I chose her at random as my NP, and am very happy with my luck to have her now as my primary care provider.

Kimberly is friendly, knowledgeable, and seems to genuinely care about my wellbeing. She takes time to listen to my questions and concerns, and explains things in a way that is understandable. I’ve struggled for a few years to find a doctor as great as Kimberly is. I appreciate her very much.

I asked Kimbery about how much tumeric I should take and she said what does the bottle say. This was not the answer I was looking for. I mentioned my arthritis and she stated that I need to be tested. Fine, at least we know what kind I have, but no response on how we are going to treat the discomfort. I have high cholesterol, and she stated that all my blood work came back fine. She did not look at my feet, one of my concerns, the intern stated it was callous She did not address the hammer toe which I thought would have been more of a concern. My feeling is that she did not care like Dr. Steen did I am looking for another provider

Walked in never looked at my outbreak. stated yes you have shingles. walked out and never said you can leave. Offered Tylenol for pain, did not consider my medical history. Did not address the headache or the neck pain. I called the office the symptoms were getting worse and the nurse recommended I go to ER. from there I was admitted to the hospital where I have been since Friday.

Did not listen to my main concern regarding my childs health. Very rushed visit did not have good attention to detail. I am not happy at all. Now I have to wait for my sons next visit with his primary so we can take steps forward regarding my concern about his low iron.
