Kimberly was very kind and compassionate. She was helpful and patient when I was about to pass out during the procedure. I was very embarrassed but she helped me overcome it and finish the procedure. She was very thorough and explained every step during the procedure.

Dr. Lanning explained everything in layman terms. I have been diabetic for 30 years, and I know what I need to do to get better. In society you are not able to achieve the resources available to you in order to achieve healthy living. I understand my diagnosis very well, and I understand the goals I have to do to achieve it. One thing I do not need is a doctor speaking to me as if I were incompetent. One thing I don't need...... is to feel labeled or stereotyped..

No explanation was given about a blood work number I was concerned about. If I had an existing chronic condition I would not return to this office for fear that something would be missed.
