My visit there went very well. My appointment was at 10:15 AM. I got there at about 9 o’clock, signed in, and they took me early.

As mentioned in the survey everything in the survey was excellent. A lot of times a person actions speaks for it all. I am very satisfied with Dr. Frey and his staff, that’s why I continue to come and will continue to come most of all i trust my good Health with Dr.Frey and his staff that they keep me healthy as I am with my condition with Diabetes, weight control, meds, informative information and so on and so forth. I respect everyone at the wellness center and the facility as well, that’s important to me and should be to everyone who comes through the doors along with entering the grounds. I believe if everyone feels that way the wellness center will always and remain to be the State Of The Art Facility. There’s power in numbers and i feel if everyone does their part it will remain this way. On a scale of 0-10, I rate The Doctors and facility, 10!!

Miss Lou is a wonderful, kind, and caring nurse.Dr Frey is the best Endocrinologist that I have ever seen. His whole staff are great people.

Dr Frey is a wonderful doctor I have recommended Several people to him. He takes his time explaining and listening to you.I also would like to say that the nurse Ms Lisa is great! She is friendly, sweet and treats you like family not just a patient . Please give her reconition of that! She is outstanding and a lovely person!

Lue and Pam are so sweet. And of course Dr. Frey is amazing. I refuse to call in for anything because of the phone nurse. She is very rude.

Not a thing. Dr. Frey is always upbeat and very easy to talk to. When you ask him a question, his answer is clear and easy to understand. He is a very down to earth health care provider and I am grateful to call him my doctor.

The entire visit was great from all of the staff. Very friendly and warm welcome from everyone that came in contact with me. They all introduced themselves to me and that was impressive to me to witness
