Miss Lou is the sweetest nurse that I have ever met. She is very thorough and very nice. Dr. Frey is the best Doctor that I have ever had. He actually listens to his patients and involves you in the decisions that he recommends.

Everything was great. There was no wait time involved. I was called in early and doctor came into room almost immediately after triage nurse was done.

Dr. Frey and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed or that I don’t matter. They are careful to forward my prescriptions to the correct pharmacy. Dr. Frey does his due diligence to assure my A1C is at optimal level and that my kidney function is not affected by treatment. He is an exceptional physician, along with his staff.

The doctor and all of his staff were excellent. It was our first time there and were are confident that we are in good hands. We are fortunate to have TRMC so close to home…

Dr Frey and staff welcomed my 3 family members with me AND answered their concerns

My visits with dr Frey and staff have been professional and comforting especially after just completing 35 radiation and 7 chemo treatments!! My diabetes A1C have been improving over the last 3 years!!!

Very impressed with the coordination of the doctor, triage nurse, and checkout nurse. Directions very clear. New prescriptions were taken care of at the time of the visit. Test results were communicated to me the same day.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
The only negative was the checkout receptionist. She did execute future visits efficiently, she was not very personable, unlike the rest of the staff.
