She LISTENS! And she's reassuring. You always feel like everything is well, with her. It's not like it isn't, but fatalist people like me, feel really at peace when talking to her. She's very knowledgeable and kind, and is not uptight. And she's not always in a rush, like doctors these days. I love her!
