He follows a thorough methodology when going over test results that includes comparisons to previous results and reasons for changes. If he does not know the answer to a question I may ask, he says so and, if appropriate, he promises to look Into It. This was just a routine visit, but in the past, when Dr. Freeman has changed my medicines, he always explained in detail why he was doing it and what could be expected. He was being shadowed by a second-year resident and explained to her why I was on a particular medicine, citing studies. Dr. Freeman is personable and friendly and I like that.

I have been going to this practice every 6 months/ every year for a diagnosis that was not treated or monitored since 2018. Just routine lab work and imaging then an appointment to discuss if they were NL or ABNL. Dr. Freeman has overseen my care for about 3 visits in total and has ordered labs and imaging to help with an actual diagnosis. He listens and educates and has been open to communication whenever needed. He has listened to every concern and followed through with his patient care. I am proud to be one of his patients.
