I found her to be very professional and friendly. I believe I let the feedback window expire on the procedure I had that Carly was following up on. I regret that I did not submit feedback for that visit (8/12) because I wanted to document my appreciation for the care provided by surgical nurse Naomi. She was exceptionally compassionate and responsive. She helped lessen my anxiety before anesthesia and was truly a comfort. I hope this feedback reaches Naomi and her supervisor because I want her to know how important she was to me on 8/12. She made a big difference when I was pretty anxious. Thank you Naomi!

I appreciated Carly's "bedside manner." Very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned for my well-being. She answered my questions--even drew pictures (which was VERY helpful!). Great experience with this provider.
