Patience plus; congenial; explained all tests; treatment recommendations had options; even though I didn't need to schedule another appointment, she made it clear that I could come back to the practice as an established patient any time for a three year period if I needed further evaluation

Often in health care, it seems like there are a lot of details left out of interactions with patients, probably due to the repetitive nature of the process from the provider's viewpoint. This visit felt like it was tailored to a new patient like me who doesn't know what to expect. Much appreciated!
