Actually this time was better than last time when we had to wait two and half hours before seeing the doctor.

registration staff did not make any effort to tell me/us that Dr. L-D was more than 90 minutes behind schedule....when her staff had alerted them to that fact. unnecessary frustration in the waiting room.....

Dr lalley has been my provider for almost 10 years and she never ceases to amaze me with her delicate approach. She is caring, sensitive yet honest and truthful when discussing any medical provider. She makes me feel seen and heard. She always makes sure I have everything I need for my health. She is a valuable resource and one of the best providers in the Healthcare industry.
