Your nurses and your doctors are excellent. I love them. I appreciate them and I haven’t had a bad experience with the doctors or nurses but some of your front staff need a lot improvement. Starting with the person that’s running the place it’s not consistent they don’t get when you reach out to them with the problem they don’t follow up on the problem and I would really like to see more African-American at the facility

With referrals they are a disaster and they also have to answer calls they always hang up and take a long time to answer I don't like being there anymore I think I'm going to change because all the changes they make worsen the patient service

They know me...they answer questions, make sure ur meds are doing what they are supposed to be doing. And a good healthy feedback is a wonderful feeling, esp. when the Dr. tells me I'm doing good and just what he wants! Wouldn't trade him for the world!!

Dr. Khanal is always attentive, she listens to what l say, she addresses my concerns and medical conditions. The scheduler, Yari, goes above and beyond to help me, Hiede, the medical assistant was equally helpful and attentive. The Lyft rides are an incredible and most helpful benefit!!

All of it, starting with the check in process all the way through the check out process. The intake nurse was very professional, Claudia Esson was exceptional as usual, I love her. Overall great experience.
