The entire staff from check in to check out are the most pleasant, kind, and warm humans in healthcare. Dr. Lai is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. When I leave the office I am hopeful and optimistic. I can’t thank everyone enough.

Dr Lai is very professional at what she does she asked questions about if there's anything wrong with me she explains to me very well what's going on she recommends medication when she thinks you need it and she also takes you off medication when she thinks you don't need it anymore I'm so glad to have her for my doctor and anyone else would be very lucky if they had a doctor like her

I was very low in vitamin B12 and she was the only person that told me that omeprazole can interfere with the absorption of vitamin B12. So once I stopped taking the omeprazole then my B12 started going up. Now I'm feeling much better and more alert.
