Dr. Lai has been very thorough and listens to my questions and concerns. She discusses any side effects and ways to remedy them. I like that she takes time to talk and try to resolve any questions or issues.

Dr Lai took the mess that my former Hematologist had my blood in and turned it around so that my test results are almost normal most of the time. I consider this as an indicator that she knows what she is doing.

from day one explaining my cancer diagnosis..x 3 yrs ago she has been trustworthy treated me like I was a member of her family the times I would call she would call me back with in 3/4 hrs I am so glad with all of her knowledge and skills that she is an employee at Fransician !!!!
