Dr. Lai was a pleasant surprise, in that I wasn't expecting her to fill the room with such a Positive and Cheerful way about her. In a matter of a few short minutes, I felt relaxed, where there had been a bundle of nerves and worry before she entered and introduced herself.

I feel like she cared at first, but as the years go on not much. Today she said I should be augmenting with MRIs every 6 months yet 3 years ago when I asked this, I was told just mammograms.

Dr Lai is very thorough with me. She goes through lab tests results, gives recommendations, and answers any questions I have. Dr Lai is so pleasant every time. I’m sure she’s like that with all her patients, which makes recommending her so easy.
