I've had a lingering side effect that other sources couldn't seem to explain. Ms Lahana knew immediately what I was talking about and was able to explain it all in a perfectly logical way, which I appreciated very much. I also appreciate her honesty that some of the side-effects of the surgery simply take time and patience to overcome.
