Welcoming, good listener, excellent manner with a new patient to her, reassuring and calming with a good clear treatment plan. Replied to my message promptly. Second visit went as good as the initial one. Has great eye contact with the patient and a warm demeanor. Her confidence in her work was so nice to experience.

I think Sydney just needs to slow down and listen more. She's building rapport with her joy-full conversation, but sometimes it hampers the discussion of the issue at hand.

I met w-Sydney LaFrenier this morning for my annual Medicare wellness check. Ms. LaFrenier is professional and friendly. She listened to my concerns & clearly addressed them. Ms.LaFrenier encouraged me to contact her if I have any further questions or concerns. She also let me know she put in the orders for my annual mammogram & bi-annual bone scan.
