Dr Ladd is outstanding. I have had almost no other doctors who are more compassionate, responsive, informed on current treatments and who take the time to ask questions and explain options thoroughly. She is just exceptional.

Dr Ladd and the staff are always cheerful and courteous whenever I have contact with them. Dr Ladd and her assistant always listen to my needs and go out of there way to resolve any issues quickly and effectively. I have been a patient at least 30 years and service has always been as previously mentioned; courteous, quick and effective.

Dr Ladd goes above and beyond to help with an with an unusual problem. She thinks out of the box when routine things do not work. She does not make you feel like I don’t know and go away I can not helpful you. She is the best GYN I have ever had.

Dr Ladd is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve recommended her to multiple people because she is so great. She’s kind and listens. She went above and beyond this last visit for me and talked through some concerning past blood test results. I wish more doctors at Mo Bap were just like her. She didn’t make me wait weeks to get back to me on my test results which was much appreciated. She’s just an overall fantastic person and doctor.

Dr Ladd made me feel comfortable, and answered all my questions. They were extremely accommodating. Dr Ladd and her nurse scheduled me for an ultrasound last minute that same day I so I would not have to drive all the way back being that I am an hour and a half away. I appreciate them so much.

Dr. Ladd is an excellent doctor and always me feel so at ease. She takes the time to answer any questions I might have and she has a wonderful "bedside" manner. I know that I am in the very best of hands having her for my doctor.

Everyone in the office was friendly and polite. Dr Ladd is an exceptional physician and always makes you feel at ease. She treats you with great respect and courtesy. I did not feel rushed and felt I was being well cared for throughout the appointment.
