What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Ladd is, without question, the absolute best there is. She has been my doctor for 15 years, and I would follow her anywhere.
Even though I know I am one of countless patients she cares for, every single time I see her, she makes me feel like I am her most important patient. I never feel rushed, overlooked, or like just another name on a schedule. I feel genuinely heard, cared for, and safe—and that is an extraordinary gift from a physician.
Throughout my pregnancies, I have never once doubted that I was in the very best hands. I know Dr. Ladd is always doing everything in her power to make sure I have the safest, smoothest experience possible, and that confidence means more to me than I can put into words.
After 15 years, I can say without hesitation that Dr. Ladd has earned my complete trust and admiration. She is an exceptional physician, but even more importantly, she is the kind of doctor who makes her patients feel truly cared for. I feel incredibly lucky to have had her in my corner for all these years.
Dr. Ladd, if you ever wonder whether the difference you make in your patients' lives is as profound as it feels to us—the answer is an emphatic YES. You are extraordinary, and I am endlessly grateful for you.

Dr Ladd has an open approach as is willing to discuss related issues. I never have the feeling of being rushed.

It's always a wait to get in for your appointment. It was about 45 minutes after my appointment time before I saw the doctor.

Everything just feels so rushed. I feel like my appointment is not very important because I’m not looking to have children. I get there early, as asked, and end up waiting over an hour for my appointment.

Dr Ladd is always professional, kind, and caring. She sits down and is never in a hurry to rush out to the next patient. Dr Ladd always asks if I have any more questions before we end our appointment. Will stay with her as my doctor until she retires. Completely happy with her and office staff.
