What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Ladd and her assistant are exceptional. Dr. Ladd always listens carefully and will ask about things like how my elderly dad who is on Hospice is doing. I feel fortunate to have her as my OB/GYN.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
From the nurse up to Dr. Ladd, of course, I got the best treatment of any of my doctors and I came home and commented that I wish Dr. Ladd could be my regular doctor. She's the only one that can actually help me, give me answers. She's patient and I'm trying to follow her instructions to feel better. I wish she could be my general practitioner, not just a doctor I see once a year. She's superb.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr Ladd and her staff are always tops in every way and I feel completely confident that Dr Ladd will provide me with the best medical care and advice based on the most current medical information. I have referred numerous family and friends to her over the years.

Dr. Ladd is by far my favorite doctor. You can tell that she cares about her patients. I will never forget the day I went into her office before I had my baby to see how I was doing and I was crying because I was worried I had to deliver a couple of weeks early and she put her hand on mine and she “its going to be ok” and was so comforting in that moment. That meant so much to me. Recently I have had trouble getting pregnant again and she has been such a support doing whatever she can to help figure out what’s going on and doing everything possible to make it happen and I’m just so grateful for Christine Ladd and the nurses at MO Bap. I couldn’t ask for a better place to care for my health needs! Thank you!

Dr. Ladd takes time to listen to my questions. No rush. She listens to any concerns my boyfriend might have about my health as well. She's caring & believes in treating the person's issues as swiftly as possible. I appreciate Dr. Ladd & her team!

Had a great first time visit with Dr. Ladd. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and was taking care of me as age appropriate for a senior and was definitely very happy after my previous doctor had retired.

Dr Ladd is truly wonderful. She always enters with a warm, pleasant spirit and takes the time to ask about my family. Her staff treats me with respect, and she shares my exam results right away. She never seems rushed and always spends the time needed to make me feel informed and cared for.

Not at all. Sat in the office for 2 hours to be seen by the provider is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I could have been stayed at work instead of wasting time staring at the wall.

Dr Ladd is an excellent doctor. She is one the few doctors anymore that still really cares about her parents. I have frequent. Infection and Dr Ladd always does her best to find time to see me and I am so thankful.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Ladd was running behind,. When I got to see the Dr for my yearly well woman visit, I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Ladd took her time with my exam and explained all my concerns. I was worried that my visit ma feel rushed, But NO just the opposite… I very satisfied with my doctor and her staff!!

Doctor Ladd is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is always thorough, friendly, informative, and takes time for questions. She is also an excellent listener. Her staff is also wonderful!
