Dr Ladd is truly wonderful. She always enters with a warm, pleasant spirit and takes the time to ask about my family. Her staff treats me with respect, and she shares my exam results right away. She never seems rushed and always spends the time needed to make me feel informed and cared for.

Nothing. Had a great experience.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Not at all. Sat in the office for 2 hours to be seen by the provider is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I could have been stayed at work instead of wasting time staring at the wall.

Dr Christine Ladd is exceptional. Always treats me with respect. I never feel rushed. She genuinely shows a caring nature. She goes above and beyond in making one comfortable and giving the best care.

The nursing assistant was warm and knowledgeable, as, of course, was Dr. Ladd.

Dr Ladd is an excellent doctor. She is one the few doctors anymore that still really cares about her parents. I have frequent. Infection and Dr Ladd always does her best to find time to see me and I am so thankful.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Ladd was running behind,. When I got to see the Dr for my yearly well woman visit, I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Ladd took her time with my exam and explained all my concerns. I was worried that my visit ma feel rushed, But NO just the opposite… I very satisfied with my doctor and her staff!!

Doctor Ladd is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is always thorough, friendly, informative, and takes time for questions. She is also an excellent listener. Her staff is also wonderful!

I’m 70 years old and I would be hard pressed to think of a doctor in my life who has treated me with more skill, professionalism, respect, compassion and kindness. Dr. Ladd is the epitome of excellence!

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Ladd. I have complete faith in her and fell fortunate to have such a kind, intelligent and easily approachable physician in my corner.

Dr. Ladd diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me very specific directions on how to treat the problem. She took the time before and after the examination to talk to and listen to me.

I had to wait a while but she was worth it. I’m sure all her patients get the same attention that I did.

Only issue I ever have is the wait time when I am at the office. However, Dr Ladd is a top doctor so I recognize that she has a large number of patients

Dr. Ladd is a great communicator and a very caring doctor. I trust her and feel confident that I am in good hands. She knew I was leaving the country soon and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She arranged to see me when she could have left earlier.
