All of the staff at the office was friendly, informative and responsive to requests, both over the phone and in person. Dr Ladd is an exceptional doctor, always answers all my questions, and makes sure that I understand what is happening and why. I feel very well taken care of by Dr Ladd and her staff.

Dr Ladd and the staff are always cheerful and courteous whenever I have contact with them. Dr Ladd and her assistant always listen to my needs and go out of there way to resolve any issues quickly and effectively. I have been a patient at least 30 years and service has always been as previously mentioned; courteous, quick and effective.
