Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Christine Ladd is exceptional. Always treats me with respect. I never feel rushed. She genuinely shows a caring nature. She goes above and beyond in making one comfortable and giving the best care.

Dr Ladd is an excellent doctor. She is one the few doctors anymore that still really cares about her parents. I have frequent. Infection and Dr Ladd always does her best to find time to see me and I am so thankful.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Ladd was running behind,. When I got to see the Dr for my yearly well woman visit, I didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Ladd took her time with my exam and explained all my concerns. I was worried that my visit ma feel rushed, But NO just the opposite… I very satisfied with my doctor and her staff!!

Doctor Ladd is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is always thorough, friendly, informative, and takes time for questions. She is also an excellent listener. Her staff is also wonderful!

I’m 70 years old and I would be hard pressed to think of a doctor in my life who has treated me with more skill, professionalism, respect, compassion and kindness. Dr. Ladd is the epitome of excellence!

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Ladd. I have complete faith in her and fell fortunate to have such a kind, intelligent and easily approachable physician in my corner.

Dr. Ladd diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me very specific directions on how to treat the problem. She took the time before and after the examination to talk to and listen to me.

I had to wait a while but she was worth it. I’m sure all her patients get the same attention that I did.

Only issue I ever have is the wait time when I am at the office. However, Dr Ladd is a top doctor so I recognize that she has a large number of patients

Dr Ladd always spends plenty of time with me during our visits. Luckily I only see her once a year so lots to catch up on!

Dr. Ladd is a great communicator and a very caring doctor. I trust her and feel confident that I am in good hands. She knew I was leaving the country soon and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She arranged to see me when she could have left earlier.

Everytime I visit the doctors office I always wait for more than an hour. My appointment suppose to be 1415 and I arrived at 1400 as courtesy. They just kept me waiting. They put me in a room at 1500 and the doctor came in at 1530

I understand that doctors has emwrgencies however they should need to update their pt’s especially in my case, i came from night shift and we had to drive from Illinois to missouri for 45 minutes.

Dr. Ladd was extraordinary and went above and beyond! I was seen for an urgent visit and she was so kind, caring and helpful.

Dr. Ladd is extraordinary. She is compassionate and competent in answering each and every question. In 50 yrs, she is the only physician I've found that never discounts a single concern.

Wait time was 1 hour. I realize their are extenuating circumstances here. But an hour is ridiculous. I would go elsewhere, but I like Dr Ladd, shes's supportive around HRT and good gyn/obs are hard to find.

Recently had my last visit with my doctor in the same practice and he recommended that I start seeing Dr. Ladd. I was a little bit skeptical, that I would not perceive the excellent care that I’ve received from him from Dr Ladd, but I was wrong. She was great!! She was an excellent educator of my health issues And was o VERY sensitive to my needs as was the nurse that assisted me before and after my exam. I would say that their care for me that day was extraordinary.
