Once I entered the building someone noticed me and assisted right away to verify who I was, get checked in and escorted to the correct place. Once there the nurse greeted me. double checked my identity and what I was there for before proceeding to setup me up for the fast procedure. On the way out another confirmed where I was going and indicated the most direct way to the entrance to leave.

Melissa was amazing, she did everything possible to make me feel comfortable she even provided a hand held fan while I was experiencing a hot flash during my exam

I waited quite awhile for registration. Staff appeared to be on a break, no one was waiting but me. Once I was called back, it did not take long to complete and send me to radiology. I barely sat down when radiology called me back. CT was quick. I had labs done also. Pershone was great. Multiple tubes, 1 poke, didn't even feel it. Very efficient. Overall an excellent experience for radiology and lab.

Everything was excellent.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The entrance I should have gone in was closed. I had to walk to the emergency entrance and there I waited for staff to finish talking to patients then spoke with other staff about a party. Then told me it would be a minute. Then continued her story. I was there for a while before asking if I was in the right place for a chest X-ray and blood work and she seemed very annoyed and said yes. Then told her coworker she would tell him the rest later and rudely asked for my date of birth and continued checking me in. This is the third time at this location and had terrible service. I brought my mother who was visiting there when she fell. Her doctor is through my Michigan health. We went to covenant hospital after 3 and a half hours of waiting.

Everyone is always so friendly and professional every time I go to the Towne Centre facility. This time was no exception. I feel well cared for and supported by the whole team from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone that needs their services to go there.

Everything ran so well! Everyone was so efficient & professional. I can’t believe how quickly the registration, wait, & x-rays were done.

Since I don't live close to the facility it has always been impressive that they can perform my x-ray and then have it ready for my appointment less than an hour after. This shows good communication and cooperation between different departments.

When I had my mri done, the two ladies that helped me through the whole experience were absolutely wonderful! They were both very kind and understanding. I’m afraid of getting a needle in my arm, they both helped me with sincere and caring that was so very nice. They did their best to put me at ease. I truly wish I could remember thier names! I’ve told my friends and family how easy they made the experience for me that day. Give them a fat raise !!

From the nurses to the Dr I felt at ease with all of them. Kind caring professionals and am very thankful for all of them.

The tech who performed my test was great! Very personable and competent.

It would have been nice to be told what to expect after my test - e.g. how I will receive my results, anything else I need to do, how to ask any questions.

No! I am disappointed with the very beginning of my process. I was never told that this facility was out of network when I was admitted. Not aware until I received my EOB saying my procedures were denied. After 2 mammograms & an ultrasound. My gynecologist is in my network & this was who called me to schedule my procedures. Someone should have made me aware.

The staff and Dr. Bermudez are exceptional! It's hard to find care this good nowadays! They are proactive and are very through!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Would like to see the imaging added to the portal. X-rays and MRI results are good but would like to actually see the images from the test. Not sure why that isn't included.
