The staff and Dr. Bermudez are exceptional! It's hard to find care this good nowadays! They are proactive and are very through!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Would like to see the imaging added to the portal. X-rays and MRI results are good but would like to actually see the images from the test. Not sure why that isn't included.

Told we would get supplies and was not provided in a timely fashion to address wound.Didn’t provide temporary supplies until things were worked out with Verse

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, from the moment I arrived, I was greeted immediately by staff, and since I had already pre registered on Mychart, they made sure I didn't miss something when registering. The radiologist also, was prompt and very friendly and asked all questions required before the test and as well after we were done. I always go there for most all my tests or blood work that my health provider ordered, and i will continue to ho there, and would refer this facility to others. Thank you for your great service.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I'm hard of hearing and struggled understanding directions. Also I have a fractured back and laying was very painful. I don't believe the tec understood this. Stuff happens, it won't deter me from returning.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My hearing aides do not pick up well when someone is behind me. Also needed more padding behind my knees to releve some pressure on my broken back.

Dr Amin is the most caring Dr I've ever had. The entire staff is outstanding. I've been to two other area wound care clinics, This clinic, Dr Amin and the staff are the best there is.

I can't think of anything that could improve on excellence.

My Dr. ordered a CT w/o contrast. When I received my instructions from MY MICHIGAN, it told me to go to the Town Centre and pick up my bottle of contrast to take before my appointment. Just before my appointment I received a phone call that I wasn't supposed to take the contrast and to throw it away. I live in Freeland so it wasn't too inconvenient to come to the Centre. When I arrived for my appointment, which was on a Sunday, there we no cars in the parking lot and the entry doors to radiology were locked. I didn't notice the sign to enter through the emergency doors because it was posted off to the left of the entrance doors. It would have been nice to have this instruction in my original instructions or have the instructions posted in the middle of the entrance doors. But overall, it was a good experience. The staff was excellent.

Easiest, quickest CT Scan I've ever had - and I've had a couple dozen. I wish the outside urology clinic that referred me ran as efficiently as the Towne Centre radiology dept. Everyone from check-in to the radiology tech did their job right.

The person that drew my labs was excellent. Absolutely no pain whatsoever so ever. She is very skilled in her technique. I don’t remember her name. She was great.

The girls that drew my blood were excellent. Many times I have trouble, but not at all. They were super friendly and very professional.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing everything went great. The only thing was and it was my misunderstanding. The registration, they asked if I would like to sign up for my chart. I said no I had it. I didnt realize I needed to link them and had trouble when I got home setting it up. It was all my error, but maybe they could ask if they are set up with a mymichigan my chart...for us old people! Otherwise all was great!

Even though I was confused on where to go when I first walked in and wasn’t greeted. I walked up to the lady at counter and she showed me where to go and everyone was very nice throughout my visit.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Maybe an email stating where to go when you come to visit. I feel like it was very confusing on where to go and the desk right when you walk in, you can barely see and can’t tell it’s even a desk. The person behind it you can’t see at all until you really get close and there is a lobby to the right and other stuff and I feel like there wasn’t anything labeled to know exactly where to go on my own without asking someone for help

Dixie called me and got me an earlier appointment due to a cancelation, so that was excellent. Otherwise, it was an MRI. No problems at all.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The scheduling needs work. Twice the time I was told on the phone and the time I was sent in a text were completely different. Note: my appointment got canceled so I had to reschedule a couple times

Towne Centre has always been my preferred location and things have gotten even better since MyMichigan took over. My wait times have gotten even shorter and the staff is as caring as always. My only issue (and this is the same for every medical facility that I go to) is that staff does not mask to protect the patients for airborne viruses.

Every staff person I encountered were friendly, courteous, professional and felt like they made me a priority while I was in their care. I was treated with respect and dignity. Outstanding!
