Yes, still awaiting posting of results to MyChart. Dr received 3 business days ago and no posting as of this morning - unable to see details from test.

Both the woman that did my second mamagram and ultra sound wereverycarring and helpful as I had anxiety about my outcome also I had my results before I left and my dr. Had them within the hour! Made my scary situation not as bad!

Was all good and didn't have to wait long

Everything was great but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I nor my doc have seen the results of the MRI. Very frustrated. I have not been able to log into my Michigan Mychart either. It won’t let me in.

I had a 10:30 ABI appointment scheduled & got a text regarding it, but somehow in the ABI computer I was scheduled at noon. That backed my entire day up.

Results in mychart was there in 3 days. It took my doctor additional week to call me with same results. Then my doctors office was reading someone else chart when I had blood work done a month ago.

I found the facility to be dated and not as clean as I would hope. I have spent many years going to the [ ] facility and it is far nicer. I found a spider in the changing room. I understand that could occur anywhere.

I love the friendly professional staff. I prefer coming to this location over any other in Saginaw area For many reasons, such as location, professionalism, confidentiality, cleanliness, and the personal experience. Staff explains in clear language and explains all the steps. I just feel very comfortable and at ease when I need to have any type of medical treatment or labs, haven’t had Any issues And that’s something to be said in today’s World when medical care is questioned often

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. I’ve usually had good experience with radiology appointments

The professional and caring staff in every department was great! I was in and out very quickly as I was practically met at the door and did not even need to sign in. Time in the waiting area was only about 5 minutes and I was out of Xray in less than 15 minutes. The whole experience was less time than I spend in a doctor's office. Five Stars!!!!!

Once I entered the building someone noticed me and assisted right away to verify who I was, get checked in and escorted to the correct place. Once there the nurse greeted me. double checked my identity and what I was there for before proceeding to setup me up for the fast procedure. On the way out another confirmed where I was going and indicated the most direct way to the entrance to leave.

Melissa was amazing, she did everything possible to make me feel comfortable she even provided a hand held fan while I was experiencing a hot flash during my exam

I waited quite awhile for registration. Staff appeared to be on a break, no one was waiting but me. Once I was called back, it did not take long to complete and send me to radiology. I barely sat down when radiology called me back. CT was quick. I had labs done also. Pershone was great. Multiple tubes, 1 poke, didn't even feel it. Very efficient. Overall an excellent experience for radiology and lab.

The entrance I should have gone in was closed. I had to walk to the emergency entrance and there I waited for staff to finish talking to patients then spoke with other staff about a party. Then told me it would be a minute. Then continued her story. I was there for a while before asking if I was in the right place for a chest X-ray and blood work and she seemed very annoyed and said yes. Then told her coworker she would tell him the rest later and rudely asked for my date of birth and continued checking me in. This is the third time at this location and had terrible service. I brought my mother who was visiting there when she fell. Her doctor is through my Michigan health. We went to covenant hospital after 3 and a half hours of waiting.

Everyone is always so friendly and professional every time I go to the Towne Centre facility. This time was no exception. I feel well cared for and supported by the whole team from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone that needs their services to go there.

Since I don't live close to the facility it has always been impressive that they can perform my x-ray and then have it ready for my appointment less than an hour after. This shows good communication and cooperation between different departments.

When I had my mri done, the two ladies that helped me through the whole experience were absolutely wonderful! They were both very kind and understanding. I’m afraid of getting a needle in my arm, they both helped me with sincere and caring that was so very nice. They did their best to put me at ease. I truly wish I could remember thier names! I’ve told my friends and family how easy they made the experience for me that day. Give them a fat raise !!
