No reason for change - - this facility and the staff are excellent! They are well educated, efficient and treat me with a kindness and concern that makes me feel like they were caring for me as they would care for their own mother

Dixie called me and got me an earlier appointment due to a cancelation, so that was excellent. Otherwise, it was an MRI. No problems at all.

Heather was excellent performing my mammogram. 10 out of 10
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The scheduling needs work. Twice the time I was told on the phone and the time I was sent in a text were completely different. Note: my appointment got canceled so I had to reschedule a couple times

Towne Centre has always been my preferred location and things have gotten even better since MyMichigan took over. My wait times have gotten even shorter and the staff is as caring as always. My only issue (and this is the same for every medical facility that I go to) is that staff does not mask to protect the patients for airborne viruses.

I had the same excellent experience, that I always have, with each individual I saw.

Nothing. I was very impressed, especially with the fact I got immediate feedback on my situation before I left.

Every staff person I encountered were friendly, courteous, professional and felt like they made me a priority while I was in their care. I was treated with respect and dignity. Outstanding!

During my recent blood draw the staff were talking about personal stuff amongst themselves which was awkward. One loudly commented to another in the other room about the music that was playing. The blood drawer had a hard time finding a vein and had to use a tourniquet twice even though my veins are easy to locate. She seemed distracted with the ongoing conversation in the room. Very unprofessional environment. I wouldn’t expect this from this facility as it’s always been professional. I’ll give it 1 more try at a blood draw but if it happens again I won’t be back.

Radiology is great. Blood work needs to be restaffed.

It is now my new go to to have lab work done any other procedures such as MRIs or whatever it was excellent the staffing was great. The facility was great. It was clean. Everybody was so nice and considerate. What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t know I’d have to really think upon that for a while, but because of that, I say it is top notch your staffing everybody involved with my procedures. It was all personable and greeted with kindness of the way through.

As I did not have to wait very long. Every staff member was friendly and knowledgeable.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The test was read a week ago, and I still have no idea what the results are. I've spent hours trying to find out and every attempt has been in vain. People have had the results in front of them, but won't tell me. It's absurd.

The doctor and staff were very professional! They took great care of my needs and they really exceeded my expectations.

The staff did everything that was needed to be done professionally. I wholeheartedly trust the staff at MyMichigan. I would love to volunteer if I could please.

Had labs, mammogram and bone density done and everything went quickly and everyone was very friendly.

The technician that worked with me was very good. She had a gentle touch and involved me in a conversation that put me at ease. I felt no stress or anxiety throughout the process.
