Once you get into the place it’s really hard to find you way out, why do medical facilities make it hard to get out of the place signs are really very hard to follow

Make signers more visible and I ended up have going to emergency doors to get back to the place I started very Confusing

Molly the nurse is very good. Listens and cares . She also try’s to get answers for us if she doesn’t know them.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My results were taken on a Monday and supposed to be expedited to the teledoc for a Wednesday appointment and they were not delivered. I was forced to reschedule my teledoc appointment. I followed up on Thursday and Friday to confused personnel to find out the status of my X-rays and where they might be. The diagnosis was emailed to me that afternoon after a significant delay.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Follow up with the doctor’s request in a timely manner so both of our time isn’t wasted on an unproductive visit.

I felt like all of the professionals I interacted with during this visit were remarkable. They were down to earth, caring and even a little silly which made this visit easier and more plesant.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The entire Radiology Team was amazing! I was a bit anxious before the appointment but they were able to make me forget about all of my worries. The staff was so friendly and optimistic. They made sure to inform me of EVERYTHING from the numbing process, the contrast injection, how everything worked and what it does, and so much more. I can tell that the staff goes above and beyond expectations everyday without needing to think about it. We had fun and had great conversations throughout the appointment. Each person I interacted with was awesome.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only issue I had was after I went to registration, they directed me to the wrong area. I eventually was found by the radiology team and was brought back to my appointment.
