I'm having difficulty setting up my account and app for Mercy One Iowa Heart. I don't recall ever setting up an account, yet I get a message that I have one. And when I indicate not knowing the sign on and password I'm told you do not have my email address??? Is there someone I can call to get help??

I’ve had some experiences recently with other doctors that definitely left something to be desired. But not Dr. Ulveling! He was kind, compassionate, and really understanding of my concerns. He explained everything in great detail and made me feel very confident in my care plan. I could tell he truly cared about me and helping me feel better, not just trying to get me out of there as quickly as they could.

Dr. Ulveling told me some information about a medication I was unaware of as something to consider regarding my need to lose weight. He may have been a bit surprised I only google Mayo Clinic for medical information other than e-mailing my family doctor.
