Was there anything outstanding?
I'm diabetic and Dr. Piner trimmed several problem toenails that I was no longer able to do so safely. He was gentle and didn't cut any skin. He suggested diabetic/orthopedic shoes. I went in there expecting several toenails would be cut, but he explained how these grew to be the way they were and will be trimming them from now on.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing. I love the location and that he was able to take me in on time.

Dr. Piner has provided me with excellent care throughout the 10 days that I was in the hospital as well as the 3 follow up visits at the Wound Care Facility. His staff at the Wound Care Facility have been exemplary as well.

Dr Piner and staff were very professional. As a diabetic, I went in just to have my toenails clipped. It was simple and quick. I would recommend dr piner to others.

When I arrived at the clinic there was no wait. Dr Piner took his time and listened to all of my questions and concerns. All of my questions were answered clearly. I saw the X-rays while he was explaining his answers and he was very kind, thorough and patient.

The care given was excellent, Dr Piner listen to what I had to say and explained to me in layman’s terms how to care for my issue. The staff was excellent and I was treated as a valued patient by both Dr Piner and the staff.

The doctor and staff made me feel comfortable about my inability to take care of my own feet. I felt good about my care. I was able to relax, ask questions, and feel confident to the care I received

The staff always treat me with excellent care. Dr. Pinter is always checking my feet thoroughly. He makes me feel comfortable & lets me know what’s going on with my feet. He also listens too me if I have any questions

Dr. Piner was very thorough, he was very knowledgeable about my condition and offered several options as far as step therapy before making the decision to move forward with surgery. I would rate my overall visit as a 10 without hesitation to refer a family member or a friend.
