All of the people who I had dealings or contact with were polite, pleasant and professional. Everybody seems to genuinely care.

Excellent care from the moment I walked into the office, I couldn't have been any more pleased. Super nice and updated inside the nursing area. Restroom included. I totally felt comfortable and I'm good hands.

Each time I have an appointment the staff always call s you right on time or early. They walk you to your exam room. There’s never been an extended wait time in waiting area. Love that!!!!

The nurses were all very kind and encouraging. Blickenstaff and [ ] watched for signs to make sure my son was as comfortable as possible in spite of his broken finger. I appreciated everyone's compassion as well as the doctor's confidence in what was needed for his treatment and care.

Dr. Blickenstaff has been awesome throughout my whole knee replacement journey. He was very good about explaining my choices and allowing me to be proactive with my care. The outcome has been very positive and I am very pleased.

Overall the time spent there was very much needed, the staff, nurses, and doctors were exetional at there practice. Going into surgery i was nervous and anxious, but the warm courteous staff was very caring and made me feel welcome.

Dr. Blickenstaff is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. He is personsable, Does not make you feel rushed, take this time with you to explain everything. Very professional and a very endearing soul. I’m recommended him to several of my friends who need orthopedic treatment.

Nothing. Overall, I have nothing to say but good things about the clinic that I am receiving treatment from. Dr. Blickenstaff and his PA Brandon Dodds.

Was there anything outstanding?
I had 3 surgeries in 2 years with Dr Blickenstaff and the care was very good. He was so good to be respectful of my time and he personally would pop in to apologize if running behind (which was rare as I usually saw him within 20 minutes of appointment time at the longest wait). I felt he truly cared and listened.

Yes, Mr. Blickenstaff was very understanding very nice and he even asked me what was available to do with my Ride. He tell me about Monday and I he include me they’ve been outstanding ever since I’ve been going to thank you.

The relationship between the staff and myself was very good. I was informed of the procedure and the extent of the problem.

Attention to detail is good and helpful. Everyone is great! Nurses are kind and smart, anesthesia was great, nurse in recovery was good, Dr Blickenstaff was attentive and checked on me in recovery. No complaints at all.
