I am a long-term patient of Dr. Schuebel's and value his professionalism, sincerity and medical acumen. I cannot say the same about SSM Health staff I have encountered in other departments over the past few years....in fact, quite the opposite.

Best provider ever. Dr. Scheubel is empathic, patient, and warm. His sense of humor is always top notch, making appointments enjoyable - even while getting poked in the eye. I trust Dr. Scheubel beyond words and I recommend him to anyone who asks.

He is a terrific eye doctor and makes you feel at ease during every minute of your appointment. You need more doctors like him. His staff is so-so however.

When I scheduled the appointment back in Winter for my husband and I both, back-to-back, somehow, his got scheduled and mine did not, but fortunately someone had cancelled and Dr. Schoebel was able to see me. (He said he would have fit me in anyway, but next year I will remind the appointment desk to schedule both!
