He was 35 min. late for my appt. Felt rushed. Had someone interrupt us regarding a patient waiting for a pre-op appt.

The PA appeared disengaged in general and not familiar with PT exercise sheet given to patients at time of discharge. He did do an adequate job of explaining the X-rays and answering my 20+ questions.

He was writing a note to my employer and told me he’d be right back, but no one came back. I waited in the room 20 minutes and finally saw the note in My Chart, so I left.
