I felt very confident with Dr. Jennifer Kuo, I felt good with the job she did with me and about explaining to me about possible situations for the future. I felt that the doctor was very thorough in explaining things and listening to me about my concerns.

I read the results report after coming home. The procedure was explained very well there. The procedure should have been explained right before. Using no more, or no less information -- would have been beneficial. Especially when I said no to have you ever had a cystoscopy. The explanation of my result was less than compelling. Why did blood appear in my sample 8 months ago? What should I do about it? "Come back in 5 years unless you see bright red blood in your urine". I never did see bright red blood in my stream? I'm grateful there were NO serious findings. But I'm not convinced I needed this exam based on one test. I would have felt more comfortable if I had bi-monthly urine tests (as a example) before this procedure was done.

i think she was nice, more reserved, i was nervous because i have never had surgery or anethesia and i'm 69 years old. She assured me that it was safe and then showed me her lap top with the scan of my kidney. i saw her interact with a family member out in the visiting area (reception area) with a family member of one of her patients and i thought she was very knowledgeable and thorough. I just like when Doctor's look you in the eye and talk to you, I'm old school

Everything was top notch. I just with the follow-up cystoscopy could be done sooner, to be completely honest. But when a doctor is very good, appointments can be tricky.
