Like I said before my appointment felt rushed and I would have understood if she began with acknowledging she was early and apologized if this was inconvenient for me the patient to be starting early.

I was impressed that all staff, from nurses to PA to doctor, were concerned that I had to wait because the doctor was delayed in surgery. Rather than just stick me in a room, forgotten, they constantly came in to reassure the doctor was coming soon, and used the time to get to know me as a new patient. Even with the doctor being delayed, I still finished the appointment in an expected time frame. Very well organized office! Dr. Kuo was extremely attentive, and gave concise followup directions. Very impressed.

Dr. Kuo is a Dr. I feel blessed to have had a referral to. I’m thankful for her skills and feel 100% confident in her care. I realize My luck in not having a more aggressive form of Cancer but also again in Dr Kuos skills and abilities as a robotic surgeon.
