Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Each time I visit for an appointment, the overall experience has always been EXTRAORDINARY!!!" I have never had a negative encounter with Dr. Kulkari or the staff. I am so grateful to GOD to have met such wonderful people. During every visit I am treated like family. "I TRULY LOVE THEM!" And it would be an honor to recommend them to family, friends and associates.

Dr Kulkarni is absolutely wonderful. She has put me at ease and on target all the time. She has saved my husband's life twice as confirmed by other doctors We can't live without her.

No improvement needed. She is so calming and always right on with her evaluations.

Dr Kulkarni listened while I explained the reasoning for coming to see her. I also told her about the depression I was going through and she totally understood.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My need for a medical visit was immediate and Dr. Kulkarni saw me within 3 hours. She thoroughly evaluated and explained my condition. She placed an order for physical therapy. I then underwent a comprehensive X-ray. All of this occurred before my leaving O’Fallon Family Medicine. From this X-ray she provided me with a more detailed diagnosis of my condition the next day. My care was prompt and EXCELLENT. No patient could or should expect better. I highly recommend her and I am grateful she is my doctor.

I cannot think of any way that this visit could have been better.

I feel like Dr. Kulkarnie listened to me explaining my symptoms and did a thorough assessment. Even though I could do some things in her office that had been causing a lot of pain to do at various times for me at work and at home, she took that into consideration

Dr. Kulkarni is an excellent physician. She is friendly, listened to my concerns, and discussed various causes of my symptoms. She is very knowledgeable and explained possible causes in a way a lay person can understand. She took her time with me and did not rush through our visit. I had lab work done, she called me with the results the next day, and made an appointment for the day after that. We discussed my diagnosis and how it would be treated. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Kulkarni.
