I asked if he can wear fun socks. It's a great way to break the ice when talking about surgery. Entertainment for the 25 dollar co-pay. Lol! Overall geat personality.

Jeremy is patient, kind, and genuinely cares. I trust his expertise. He always welcomes all of my questions and I trust his answers. My daughter has a lot of anxiety regarding medical appointments and he takes the time to reassure her, explain everything to her, and just goes above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable. We truly appreciate having him as a provider.

Honestly one of the best providers I've seen ever! He is very patient, kind, personable. He did a great job explaining things to me as the parent/adult and transitioning seamlessly to talking to my 2-year-old to make him feel comfortable throughout the exam. Jeremy is a phenomenal provider!

Even when it was not regarding a hearing aid but a concern regarding providing REQUESTED, personal info asked, he didn't mind talking about how to better protect yourself (he didn't seem bent on pushing you out the door).

I was late because of highway traffic and you were very understanding and still took his time with my son’s appointment. Then he forgot to ask me about adenoids and called me very first thing the next morning to ask me about it and informed me about it, which I thought that was very nice and great of him
