It’s always Krystal Dorman goes above and beyond. She never makes me feel rushed during my annual wellness visit visits. She answers all my questions and concerns.

I had a much better experience with my provider this time, she was very involved with me and very helpful. I have had her as my provider for about 10 years now. That's why I didn't choose to find a new provider.. we worked out our misunderstanding. ?

I first came into this clinic on a work related problem: and realized I could be treated with courtesy. I switched to the Renown system and Hometown insurance because I was very pleased with the info and care I have received.

Krystal is awesome! Even though I know appointments are scheduled "back to back," I never feel rushed by her or her assistants. She always makes sure she answers all of my questions & addresses any concerns I have.
(The lack of being told when test results would be available - one of the survey questions - was not from Krystal & it was not an issue. I know they will show up in MyChart & I will be notified when they are available. Plus, Krystal sent me a message as soon as she received them too.)
She is very caring & knowledgeable. I appreciate her very much!

Doctor Dorman is the best!!
She's very kind and listens to all your concerns. And goes over each concern and discusses, what is the best way to resolve issues. She's very thorough about going over all the medications that you take. And make sure that everything is up-to-date. I was minded about the flu shot which I took, given by her medical assistant. Who was very nice and pleasant.

Krystal Dorman is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable in general and also with my history. Always explains everything to me and answers any questions I have. She seems to be genuinely concerned with my health.
