Dr. Pandey is knowledgeable, caring, reviews information before meeting with you and makes recommendations and a plan of action based on her meeting with you. Took time to deal with patient. Efficient and good bedside manner.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Facility has plenty of parking , easy to get into, and very clean.

I am very happy with Dr.Pandey. But find it very difficult to schedule an appointment with her as no one answers the phone.

Dr. Pandey as a doctor is wonderful, but the fact that you have to call and speak to an answering service whenever you're trying to get through just to ask a question or update something in the system, you can never speak to a person right when you call like any other doctor is just ridiculous and very unhelpful.

The group is very attentive to their patients and the patients support group. I like how they are understanding and very patient with me. If I ask about things that seem off she does check into it deeper with me before advising if normal or concerning factor. Goes into resolution choices and how they can further benefit beyond the current experience. Have suggested this team to other family and friends looking for their expertise and always speak highly when discussing my personal interactions.

Dr. Pandey is a great doctor who helped me since I was diagnosed with MS. She great clinically, very kind, caring and passionate about our care. I have been living with MS for 18 years, still mobile and enjoying life to the fullest.

I came to the office and went to Hackensack because I never was notified that the doctor's office had moved and I did not appreciate that because I arrived late and that was a bit of a problem, but they did see me, which I appreciated. However, again, it would have been nice to have received either an email or regular first class mail notifying me and other patients as well of the new location.

I felt very well cared for during my visit . Staff were very much interested in my well-being. They asked me questions for which I felt very comfortable answering while also asking them questions. Dr. Panday is excellent. SHE came very well versed regarding my test results and explained everything perfectly while conversing with me.

I was first time in this location but after my arrival right away I got help at the front desk and someone was walking with me where I supposed to go. All staff at this center was wonderful. Of course my Doctor Krupa Pandey was very nice to me and was very concerned about my condition. Truly professional physician. I am very happy to have such nice Doctor. May Hod continue bless her.
