My concern is my weight gain and the DR was relatively unconcerned offering no suggestions other than exercising and watching what I eat. She did however mention that Medicare won't approve any GLP 1 for weight loss unless I have sleep apnea or diabetes. That means other insurance companies are approving w/o those restrictions. My Blue Cross Blue Shield is supposed to be my RX provider not Medicare. This comment led me to contact them, correcting their error, and hopefully they will approve my prescription written by my Endocrinologist.

She is fully aware of any of your recent medical events and is on top of everything. She is a good listener and easy to understand her explanations.
