Everyone at the front desk and/or who schedules over the phone is really nice and caring. I hope that it doesn’t follow the blood lab’s direction, being taken over taken by a check-in tablet kiosk.

Dr. [ ] is my primary. I wasn't able to get an appt when I needed it for surgery clearance. So I booked wth Dr. Shanna. She was pleasant.

Dr. Khanna is wonderful. She really pays attention to me when my test results need medical attention. For this, I am extremely grateful. As for her reception desk - they are the nicest people I've ever met.

Dr. Khanna is personable and although busy, I never felt rushed. I was given ample opportunity to express any questions for concerns. Most notably, she mentioned something from my last visit about me switching jobs which was extremely kind and comforting.

It was a very clean and organized environment. The staff is all nice and having everything in one place like your lab, PCP, and OBGYN is an incredibly cute.

I am not happy with the way I have to log in and put in a password and then get a code in order to get any messages to the doctor or from the doctor. I would prefer the doctor be able to send me messages directly by email or phone and I don't have to keep logging in every time there's a simple question that needs to be answered. I find all the doctors that I use in the Hackensack facilities and I have several doctors throughout the Hackensack group and it's always the same. I have to log in with my username and then a password and then get a code and log that in and it's very annoying to me to do those things.

I did not have to wait a lot after my appointment time. I got calling right away and every person that I approached, they were very professional and very helpful. I would recommend this center to anyone in my family or friends. Thank you.

My visit w Dr Khanna was excellent. We had a good conversation about my current health status & meds, She asked about family history. I felt she really took the time to find out about me. I felt very comfortable with her. I am glad she came highly recommended.

My Doctors were recommending to me by my previous doctor who retired. She goes to them. And I'm so grateful to all 3 of those women for their professionalism and dedication to their patients. The facility is wonderful too. So easy to have all my medical care under one roof Very happy that I changed to HMH.

The provider didn't address my concerns, and I tried to get a script for an ultrasound because I had concerns and discomfort from tenderness the front staff was rude and none of the doctors would give me a script

Dr Khanna is a wonderful provider and took time to listen to me and my illness history. She took time to explain everything in a way I understood. I would highly recommend Dr Khanna.

My experience at two Hackensack Meridian hospitals within the past year were terrible. But I'm afraid to name them so won't do so here.

My only complaint is that it's virtually impossible to make an appointment by phone. The calls go out of the country. They are non-speaking English, non-English speaking operators. I have to answer 20 questions when I first call and another 20 questions when I get through to the office. So now I have to drive to the office in order to make an appointment, which is absolutely absurd. As far as the staff and the nurses and the doctor is concerned, I would recommend them to everyone because they are wonderful. It's just the fact I can't get an appointment via phone.

Dr. Khanna was a pleasure. She was well informed and was able to answer all of my questions and guide me in the right direction for my concerns. I was very, very pleased with my experience and look forward to going back again.

I went in for congestion, post-nasal drip, and itchiness in my ears. And I did not get my ear, throat, or nose, or chest listened to upon examination.

My experience during this visit was excellent. My one complaint is that I was given a referral to an ear, nose, and throat doctor. However, the referral I was given to is to a provider who does not accept my insurance. That created challenges and I'm going to have to look back and see if there are other ear, nose, and throat doctors that they would recommend who do accept my insurance plan. That's my only area of concern.

I haven't received a call back for the blood test interpretation and I still am unsure which vaccines I should be getting for my travel and that's what I went in for to get a recommendation as to what vaccinations I need to travel to Greece. That's it.

Wait time was in excess of 35 minutes in waiting room. Otherwise the med tech and MD were good.

The office is unapproachable. You cannot call. You get a call center in another country every time we run a call, and that call center is unable to get a hold of the office. The information that they send via text message and email with address, phone numbers, is all incorrect. I ended up 25 minutes away from the office, and when I got there, they said it's a problem, and they've been having it, and no one will fix it. So therefore, it happens all the time. So if there is something that you need to get in touch with your doctor about, it's impossible to reach them because you get a call center and the call center cannot get through as well. Thank you.

Doctor Khanna was 20/10 amazing, deserves a raise and a promotion, definitely recommended her to my family.
