I was happy with the medical provider and the medical assistant, however, I stood at the check-out window for a few minutes - I wanted to see if they needed anything else from me before I left - and I never got acknowledged. One girl at check-in was on her cell phone, two others were talking to a third girl on the other side of the station, and none of them ever looked up at me. So I finally just left.

Facilty clean, but not very attractive (adequate). A new patient - Dr. Hou very pleasant and thorough and followed up on recommendations. After Visit Summary could have had statistical information (BP, weight, temp, etc.) on form. I had to go to My Chart to get it. Previous Virtua office always had it printed on summary provided at end of visit. I needed info for HRA and other records.

The doctor's office, front desk staff was like they are doing a favor to receiving a patient. The main thing is the staff when the front desk, if they are not polite, if they are not welcoming you, then the rest is secondary. Please make sure that they should get some more training. Their PR skill was really, really bad. And I'm one of those, if I like something, I always appreciate it. If I don't, I make sure that somebody should know it. The PR skill was really bad about that front desk staff. And the doctor was really, really good. And even the medical assistant, she was doing her job, but like something is wrong and they were either tired or they were not feeling well or something, but she was doing good.

I had my first visit with Dr. Hou and it was great. I am generally a bit nervous but the staff from the reception, to the cna to the doctor was great and really put me at ease. Dr. Hou listened, addressed my questions and seemed like a true advocate to my health.

I am the brother and legal guardian of the patient who suffers from Lewy Body Dementia. Our visit with Dr. Kristy Hou was to establish a new PCP for him as he recently moved to NJ. The entire staff was very courteous and professional - treated my brother with respect. The facility is comfortable and clean. Dr Hou was absolutely fantastic. Check him thoroughly, discussed his history and current condition. Discussed and explained her plan of treatment - establishing a new Neurologist (in progress) to be the first step. She refilled his medications and we will revisit in 3 months - by which time she will have his medical records from Virginia and opinions of new neurologist.

Upon arrival, I realized my appointment was scheduled for next day. It was my error. The receptionist was great, she contacted the doctor and I was able to wait for the doctor. Just want to say thank you, everyone was very accommodating.

The "new and improved" scheduling system is terrible!! I used to be able to schedule right in MyChart. Now it takes several phone calls in order to set an appointment which last time took over an hour. PLEASE go back to online scheduling and get rid of the new phone system

As a new patient seeking a medical home and partner in my healthcare, I'm happy to share I found it. Dr. Hou was exceptional, not only in her comprehensive approach and knowledge, but in her ability to set a comforting tone to the visit. The entire staff -- check in to the assistant taking vitals, etc... were also exceptional! Thank you!

Dr. [REDACTED] did an outstanding job of providing medical service to me. She's not my normal physician, but she was able to see me on short notice, and I was very pleased with the care. She was very, very knowledgeable, and gave me a lot of helpful information, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to see her.

I was on hold for 22 minutes to get through to make an appointment. I do not have Internet and that was the last time. The other time I was on hold for 17 minutes. I think this is just a little bit ridiculous that if you need an appointment that you have to be on hold for almost a half hour. Something's got to be done regarding this. Thank you.
