I am always motivated to work on the things to improve my health after meeting with Kristina, cause I can see a difference in my labs, physical strength etc. she educates on the why and benefits but isn’t pushy or condescending about it.

Require blood tests before the appointment so the results can be discussed in person during your appointment. Waiting room was terrible. It was very crowded and noisy with children running around, screaming, playing with the automatic doors. It made me very uncomfortable and upset.
