What else would you like to say about your experience?
My primary care provider, Kristin Smith, embodies everything I have hoped for in a medical professional. A five star rating system does not supply nearly enough stars to accommodate the numerics of my regard for her. She is a rare combination of empathy and wonderfully assertive direction.

I was very impressed with this Nurse Practitioner. I take an active interest in my health and the new pharmaceutical available to treat those of my age. This NP took the time to address all of my questions regarding proposed RX's considered for my treatment, and allayed fears I had formed towards a couple of them.

I'm very pleased with it all. I think Kristin did a good job. I always get a good treatment and honesty and care and that's what I really look for and she always gives it. It's always there.

Dr Smith is by far the best physician I’ve ever had. She takes her time with me and answers every question I have. She is fantastic. I absolutely love her!

Kristin was very caring and kind. She smiled when we were talking and was just a very pleasant nurse. I'll take her again if I have an urgent need. Good job Kristin. In my book, you get 6 STARS!

Kristen Smith and [staff] are always professional and kind. Kristen takes time to listen and research, document and explain each of the topics we discuss. She is always willing for me to make appointments to see her about any concerns.

Kristin Smith is literally the best care provider I’ve had in 20 years. I feel seen and understood and she’s solution-oriented. As someone going through menopause and navigating through the wreckage, she isn’t dismissive to me and that has earned my loyalty.
