Kristin Dick is wonderful! I finally found an endocrinologist that is kind and supportive and friendly! Only complaint is there are not enough people/workers at the front desk for check-in, however, they are courteous and helpful.

Everything was done really well. The team was very friendly. The staff, person that helped me was very attentive and knew my history and was very clear and concise with her questions and instructions. And I appreciated the fact that the visit was quick, but thorough, and I got everything I needed. So it was great.

Only complaint I have is that I'm in a wheelchair and the doors don't have any provision where my daughter could push a button and the door will open automatically. She had a hard time keeping the door open while at the same time pushing my wheelchair through it. There should be someone on the lookout for that so they can help patients who are in wheelchairs.

Kristin is an amazing PA She answers all questions no matter what you ask She is very honest upbeat and caring and so is the staff that she works with I'm not at all nervous with her and she explains everything THE BEST!!!!

PA Kristin is very thorough and reviews any test results and medications. She also refers to other observations from other health care providers to make herself aware of any changes in my healthcare. She is very receptive and easy to share concerns with .

Yes, she seems, Kristin Dick seems to really care about her patients. Well, I know she cares about me. All right, but she's very, very informed of my situation, knew everything. My GP changed my centroid from 200 to 100. She's very concerned about that. You know, they want my A1C, or not A1C, I'm sorry. They want my TSH at 0.5. Right now it's 0.009. So she wants to change it to 175. I seem to agree with her. They want to keep it, I want to keep it suppressed, even though it's been over 20 years.

I was very impressed with Virtua Endochronology. After an extended illness, my glucose began to be unstable. While the doctors book out a few months away, they were able to offer me an appointment thw very next day! I was very impressed with the physician's assistant and everyone in the office.

Kristen Dick is awesome. She helped me. I lost somewhere really close to my life and I wasn't really doing good with my health for the last few weeks before that. And she really helped me realize that I was making myself really sick with my diabetes. So I want to tell her thank you. She's awesome.

Kristin was wonderful and friendly and professional and patient! I will continue to be her patient! Answered all of my questions and fully explained. However, the person at the front desk who checked me in was almost rude. I felt like I was imposing!

My only complaint is the parking situation at that building. I am handicapped but you can never get a handicap parking spot there. I know they have vallet parking but no one drives my car but me. Plus the walk from the door to the office is a killer for us old people. I preferred the old building they were in.
