Wonderful bedside manner

Very caring doctor. I have had several bad experiences before seeing her and she has been amazing thus far.

She's amazing

She is caring and very thoroughly explained everything to us in a way we felt completely comfortable being in her care.

When describing my fear of pain, but explaining I didn’t feel I had a low pain tolerance (acknowledging those things don’t always go hand in hand) Dr. Lou reassured me that when you have had pain for a long time it can present differently in people and it’s totally normal to be anxious about it. She suggested ways to help that included mental health as well as some medications that I could ask my other OB about. She was VERY respectful and knowledgeable. I am really happy with the care I received from her.

She has been amazing in everything. Asking if I had any questions about what she is explaining. She’s always wanting to know my past from the last visit, how I currently feel and what I see in my future and I appreciate so much that she looks at literally everything and will help me in any decision I have to make or giving me the information behind any decision being made. She is the best doctor I have had.

Thorough, experienced, kind, articulate. Took the time to understand my history and experience with my condition.

She has been amazing, she has been one of the only providers to listen to me on what is going on and look into it further and find out what it is. I am beyond grateful for her.
