The experience was great. However, I did notice that she was overbooked. This is not a limitation of her care, but an overload on the system as a whole. I also noticed this when trying to book my appointment with her.

Over time we have developed a nice doctor / patient relationship. I trust Dr Yee as a medical professional and I am a pretty skeptical person. She is professional, smart and friendly. I feel pretty lucky to have her as my primary physician.

Dr Yee is a kind and empathetic physician. She listens attentively to concerns and made a thorough assessment and treatment plan. She was comforting though I feared worse than it was. Her DX was spot on and she offered various treatment plans and encouraged direct follow up if issue did not resolve. I have deep confidence in Dr Yee

Dr. Kristen Yee is a fine doctor who will listen to you carefully. Takes into account what your concerns are and then will treat you respectfully by taking the time to deal with those concerns. I feel like she and I are a team.

When the visit is over, she should tell the patient that they can check out. She left the room with the door open and said her goodbye but didn’t state whether someone would be back to escort me out, I could follow the check out signs etc. She did not provide any instructions so I sat in the room for a few minutes, door wide open and just saw myself out and was checked out. It was weird. I felt rushed when she was the one behind an hour.

Overall the visit was good but strange to have to come back in 90 days for my annual physical and blood draw. I have not had labs in 18 months.
