kristen wisler showed empathy and was honest and really seemed to care about my concerns. i felt "seen" and appreciated that she did not dismiss my feelings

Kristen kept emphasizing that we're taking care of this that bother me, which was actually usually a needed reminder for me. I felt like I was part of a conversation. She recognized when I'd heard something before, and didn't was to over reassure me. It was nice.
