I appreciated being asked if a student could do the initial intake. I also appreciated that it was a woman. Natalie listened to my concerns. I feel like healthcare is shifting with more women centered care and approaches. I previously had been gaslit by male providers as recently as three weeks prior in an ER abt peri menopause and I felt 100% listened to by both Kristin, Natalie and Jeanette( the woman who cared for me from the waiting room and took my blood pressure and related my visit concerns with the team- I'm not sure if that is her name.) I also appreciated the language Natalie used when interacting with me. It was inclusive and team centered. Please relate this feedback to her. I have had two previous negative student experiences under Dr. Lim's oncology care and I never went back. Vocalizing the issue matters. Sharing the approach to care with the provider and patient matters. Doing all of the above with kindness matters and this team hit a home run. Thank you!?

Dr. Kristen Wiese was just wonderful! I am 56 years old and am conscious of my health and well-being. I had a few questions that I was concerned about. She was 100% attentive and non-judgmental! I loved that her nurse, Jeanette, had an American Sign Language interpreter ready in the exam room! Thank you for having them!

Renown Health has been very good to my husband and I. Kristen Wiese is my primary care provider and I trust her instincts and know that she has my very best health care in her competent hands. My experience was wonderful. I got right in. The front desk clerk was very efficient and friendly and Kristen Wiese was so full of information and took so much time with me. I've never in my life had a care provider spend so much time explaining the changes that my body is going through now that I'm 65 and I really, really appreciated her thoughtful and informative conversation.

Kristen takes time to listen carefully to what I know about my own body as well as the results of tests she orders. She then makes recommendations for further treatment based on our observations. I appreciate her approach to my health care.

Kristen was very helpful and addressed all my concerns as well as following up with the main reason I came in to see her. She made a referral for me and ordered labs as well. She was really on top of things and was very thorough. I felt more at ease about my health after seeing her.
