Dr. Riley and Ally are always professional and willing to explain. They listen to your thoughts and concerns. We had an opportunity to go somewhere else for treatment and decided very quickly that Dr. Riley has always been very informative and confident in her decisions, which in turn gave us confidence and trust in her approach. UAB is very blessed and smart to have Dr. Riley and Ally on their team.

We met with Dr. Riley and made plans for a procedure and then possible surgery, but when it came time to schedule another doctor was scheduled for procedure that we had not met.

There were communication problem with first appointment time and phone checkin/reminders. Brought issue to Danielle, officer manager. She said she would look into the issue. On appointment day, staff were extremely courteous with Amy, Dr Riley’s nursing assistant letting us know as part of them clinic team, they are sorry and look forward to working with us as our 20yo nonverbal, developmentally delayed son transition to adult neurosurgery. Dr Riley told us what to do when we have issues or need to reach her when our son’s neurosurgical problems. UAB neurosurgery is the only team in town for us. We appreciate everyone trying to make our son’s care the number one priority as the issues not only effect our son but other nonverbal patients

I am impressed with the efficiency of appointment time, knowledge of my condition and the explanation of. I am very satisfied with Dr Riley and her staff. The MRI Department is most excellent.

The 2 times I have been there was extremely pleasant. The staff is friendly and always prompt with appointment times. I drive from Panama City, FL to see Dr. Riley. Great doctor.

So grateful that the two providers Dr. [ ] and Dr. Riley and the NP that I saw were willing to see me even though the clinic was closed due to weather conditions. I felt listened to and have total confidence in the plan of treatment.
