Everything was very fast and efficient

I was late to my appointment because I had a seizure inside the MRI machine. The staff at neurosurgery were all so kind and didn't seem aggravated about my arrival time. Everyone has always been amazing and I'm incredibly grateful for Dr Riley, Allie and the entire staff.

The most excellent visit that I have ever had. They even welcomed my son to come with me in the back. I really needed that for support. The whole staff, the Doctor is extremely nice and caring. I left knowing that everything was good.

I went for a MRI before my appointment with Dr.Riley. My MRI appointment ran into the time I was supposed to be at Dr. Riley office. A staff member called to let them know I running later. The staff at both places were so kind and understanding. And truly made my visits stress free.

This was my first experience with UAB Neuroscience. Dr. Kristen Riley was the best!! So thankful for the opportunity to be under her care! Everyone was kind, caring, patient, and so professional. Each person introduced themselves and had a very friendly and positive attitude. It was nice to talk with people that were so knowledgeable, willing to explain the aspects of my medical situation in terms that I could understand and offer solutions going forward. First time in 7+ years, someone cared enough to make sure I understood!! All of my questions were answered. The most pleasurable doctor's office experience I have had in a very long time. I left encouraged with a full understanding of my condition. It was a pleasure to give you the highest ranking score for a JOB WELL DONE!! You earned it. Thank you everyone!!
