Dr. McCullen is the absolute BEST!! Her staff is wonderful too. The girl who brought me back was super sweet I feel bad I forget her name but thank you for your kindness. Dr. McCullen is truly one of one and Virtua is lucky to have her on staff!!

The doctor was very helpful, caring and addressed all my concerns while there. She was also still able to see me even though I was running late and I greatly appreciated that and I'm glad I chose her as my doctor.

Dr Kristen Mccullen is by far my favorite doctor. She makes you feel so comfortable talking to her about anything. She did my surgery years ago and I completely trusted her knowledge and expertise. I have recommended her to my family and friends. I even told my primary doctor that he should recommend her to his patients. All doctors should treat their patients like she does. An amazing woman

Dr McCullen is awesome! I feel very confident that she has the most up-to-date knowledge and considers my history when devising a plan of care, which I feel included. I feel safe in her hands. I discovered this practice through word-of-mouth and I understand why everyone loves it here. Dr. McCullen has really listened to all my menopausal concerns. And she has treated me effectively. She listens, is respectful, and intelligent and at the top of her game! Absolutely wonderful, and the office staff and medical assistants are wonderful as well!

Everyone in the office is so friendly and nice. Dr. Mccullen is the absolute best. Love her and would recommend her 100%.

I was rescheduled THREE times because Virtua as an organization decided to cancel her patients so she could be in the hospital more. That's unacceptable. To blatantly choose money over profit with zero consideration is why our healthcare system is trash.

Dr Kristen McCullen is the best. Never makes you feel rushed. She will listen to you and answer any questions you might have. I have recommended her and will continue to do so.

I can't say enough about Dr.McCullen and how she treats me and my 4 daughters as her patients. She is compassionate, caring and takes her time to listen and absolutely does not dismiss your symptoms, especially as it could be easy to do in menopausal women. She is the best and has a wonderful sense of humor and is an excellent doctor. Having 4 daughters ages 16-23, I am so glad they are all comfortable with Dr. McCullen and know they can reach out to her with any questions or concerns. I am grateful to have her as part of my care team, and I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a new OB/GYN.

Better training for those taking appointments. It was very difficult for me to get one, but Dr. McCullen is awesome. All I had to do was send her an email and she made sure to get my appointment in quickly.

After suffering a loss at 22 weeks, I have never felt as supported and heard as I did with Dr. McCullen. I am so thankful to call her my doctor and I fully trust her with my care in my next pregnancy. She is so kind, thoughtful and compassionate. I cannot say enough nice things about her and I can't even put into words how much her support means to my husband and me!!

The office staff and Dr. McCullen are great. The problem is the Virtua system. Trying to make an appointment is an ordeal. Rather than talking to someone in the office directly, we now have to go through a Patient Navigator. There is ALWAYS a wait to talk to a person. (I don't want a call back because I am calling when it is convenient for me, a call back may not be). The Patient Navigator gave misinformation--telling me Medicare would only pay for an office visit every 2 years--not correct--I had to send a note through the patient portal and finally was able to talk to someone in the office to schedule my appointment. This is so inefficient--both for me and the office since we end up having to talk to each other anyway. I have had similar experiences trying to schedule appointments with my other Virtua doctors. Why don't you let patients schedule appointments directly with their doctor's office?

Dr. McCullen is fantastic. Her bedside manner is beyond any physician I've dealt with. She's very knowledgeable. She made me comfortable, which is important to me. My only issue is the scheduling system. You call into a call center and they don't have access to emergency sick appointments in the physician's calendar. So I had to be smart about it. and call and ask to be connected to somebody in the office and then somebody called me back. The scheduling is not the best, but the provider is worth the bad scheduling system. She is excellent. Thank you.
