Arrival time was 12:30. Got there at 12:25. Waiting room full of people. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes the 2 minute correction to the right eye was completed. Too long to sit.

The entire surgery staff works extremely hard to SAVE MY VISION!! They make you comfortable, safe, and secure while experiencing surgery (which is ALWAYS an anxious moment for any and all patients).

The nurse was great! But the receptionist spoke so quickly it was hard to follow all her information. I’m sure she’s tired of the repetition with all the patients, but each of us are only hearing it one time. Needs to be more personable with patients.

Except for parking, which is a whole other story, everything moved along quickly and the procedure was very simple.

Everything went smooth from the sign in to the surgery.
The only issue is the wait between arrival and the surgery. We were told to be there at 12:30 ( we got there a bit early) but the doctor was not there until 1pm and the surgery was done almost an hour later.
