Kristen Betts is a compassionate, understanding, and caring CNP. She is thorough and takes the time to listen to her patients. I could tell that she genuinely cares and that I am not just another patient file. Her attentiveness and expedient actions make all the difference in making me feel validated and supported in my concerns. I am glad she is my provider.

I was fully informed of my condition(s). I was allowed to view the images of my conditions. I was presented with treatment options. The nurse practitioner took time with me & I didnt feel the appointment was rushed. The facility was quiet, clean & the staff friendly & welcoming. Parking was easily accessible.
A overall great experience.

The office was clean and neat. Everyone I came in contact with was very welcoming. The NP was very thorough. She was patient and she answered all my questions. She helped me understand things so I could feel more comfortable with the situation.
