I appreciated everyone’s pleasant attitude. I did have to wait a bit (30 minutes) in the main lobby and again in the examining room.

Excellent attention, Dr was gentle and kind in her explanation of my condition.
Nurses and Technicians were cordial and extremely attentive. They made me relaxed and reassuring.

I had an escort take me for an ultrasound and after that I asked to go back to orthopedic and the ultrasound waiting room attendant told the escort that I didn't have anymore appointments and that I could leave. I didn't get any discharge info, no call back info or anything.

Everyone from the CMA to the CRNP to the Xray techs were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband, the patient, has Alzheimer’s and our treatment was outstanding.

Check out was the issue I had. The guy was very unprofessional rolling his eyes and making sounds because I didn't know if I needed a follow up appointment or not.

My provider, Kristin Cravens, is excellent. She explained everything that could be an issue very well, laid out a detailed plan of action and included information on next steps should an injection and PT not improve the situation.
