Kristen listened to the problem I am having with a swollen finger. Kristen was very professional and thorough. X-rays were taken of both hands for comparison and a sonogram to determine if there was any fluid in my finger. Cortisol shot given & labs ordered. Instructions to taken Celebrex twice/day for 2 weeks for pain & inflammation reduction.

My visit to the office and my appointment with Kristen was thorough and we covered not only the check in to see how I was doing with my rheumatoid symptoms, but also any new developments since my last visit. Kristen and other providers were great, but I had to wait 25 minutes from start of appointment to see her. My appointment was 11:30, the nurse took my vitals and interviewed me promptly, but I waited a long time after for Kristen. She spent enough time with me, it didn't feel rushed. Seems like a systemic scheduling problem.

Kristen was wonderful. She took great care of my 89.5 year old mother. Warm, friendly and professional. She provided injections to both knees, which can be painful. However, she did a great job in keeping it as painfree as possible by numbing the area, talking to the patient, and I think just doing a great job overall. She asked pertinent questions of the patient and answered all of our questions. Thank you.
