Krissy was so good with my mum-in-law. And she was a very tough cookie!!! She has been amazing for me now ever since she came to Independence!!

Krissy has always been extremely attentive to any questions or concerns I have whether it's for me or my children. She is obviously very knowledgeable and has never acted like she has to get going with other things even when I know they are busy. I would recommend her and Mercy One to anyone. Thank you.

She has truly been a blessing! She's an amazing person & a huge asset to your office. I have difficulty at times getting places,being around people (I have mental challenges)-she doesn't make me feel bad I actually feel comfortable going there & that is significant-words really can't explain it:)

Krissy and her staff are always so helpful and professional. She has a wonderful reception her name is Becky and I really appreciate her being so supportive. I have not dealt much with Alexa but when I have she is always very helpful.
