Dr. Krishnan was very professional, her nurse staff was great as well.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Things were really straightforward, It was great and not stressful so I don't think the team could have been any better since they were so human and kind and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands and there was a positive rapport between staff members.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Krishnan is so very in touch with her patients. My mother is going through a very difficult transition in her life/health and Dr Krishnan is so sweet and caring and takes her time. I appreciate the time she has aloud for her until we get past this. The staff is also so friendly.

Dr Krishnan is without doubt the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She always is very up to date on my meds and any health issues I have experienced. She asks questions and makes suggestions based on what Issues I have.

Dr. Krishnan and her assistant pay attention to my needs in a friendly, professional manner. They work really well as a team. They worked together to address the issues with my ears and recommended a course of antibiotics for the sinus infection. I sincerely appreciate all of their efforts to make me feel welcome and cared about.

Dr Krishnan was amazing. She listened to me, validated everything I shared, and worked with me to make a plan with clear next steps and what to do if something didn’t happen like we had discuss. The staff was warm and welcoming, . the MA was absolutely lovely and so personable.

Dr. Krishnan was very Professional and kind. I am 79 years old and she is probably one of the Best Doctors that I have gone to. She is my husband’s Doctors also and she has made a big difference in my husband’s perspective towards Doctors and that is in a good way. We are both so happy to have Dr. Krishnan as our Primary Doctor.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My nurse was incredibly friendly and was with me for a good portion of my visit due to vaccines and EKG. I don’t recall her name but she was amazing! Dr. Krishnan was also a breath of fresh air. I felt heard and seen, something that’s unfortunately hard to find in many docs, but she accomplished. I’m excited to continue care with her and the entire team!

All staff as well as Dr Krishnan was amazing with communication and listening skills. She was so attentive to me, as well as exploring my concerns. She did not rush at all and nor did her support staff. They all seemed very supportive and making sure they understood what I was saying. I have been in a doctor's offices that was so welcoming and Making you so comfortable. I am so grateful that a friend of mine who was recommended Dr. Krishnan as an excellent doctor who was taking new patients. The recommendation was so amazing and extraordinary--- as well as Dr Krishnan's support staff.

The staff were so friendly and kind. I can’t say enough about them. Dr. Krishan was wonderful! She figured out where my pain was coming from, was very interested in acknowledging my concerns. She was incredibly patient with me and very kind. BJC hits a home run!!
