Every one of the staff employees, we're very perfeshional and listen to everything I told them. Very nice and very perfeshional at there job. I The Dr is very attentive.

I want to say I've had a very positive visits from my doctor and I'm very satisfied. Although I haven't gotten follow back from his receptionist that's supposed to make appointments or schedule and I don't know if she's been out of the office since Saturday or what but he on the other hand is excellent

The staff the hospital the doctors and securities they all try so hard to help us I think this RGH hospital should be recognized for it caring of all patients specially Dr Lingala he goes beyond the call of duty for his parents wonderful hospital and staff ⚕️⚕️⚕️
What could have been done to improve this visit?
More caring doctors like Lingala and more people that care and understand people actually when they feel sick and need a doctor and some times there are no doctors that care about them and this hospital dose we need more of that kind of caring

I travel to RGH because of their excellent customer service. In my opinion, Dr. Lingala is the best pain doctor I have even been to,including the pain doctors in Lubbock , Texas

Dr. Mangala is a very personable person. He explains everything he explained the insurance he tells you exactly what’s gonna happen and it’s very good experience.

Dr Lingala shook my hand when he arrived in the room. After the visit he touched my shoulder before he left the room which really spoke volumes to me about his caring and compassionate heart for me, his patient. He is very knowledgeable and very competent.

My complete visit was excellent! Rarely in this day does a doctor or specialist give much time they tend to move too fast and don’t take the time to care. Dr Lingala was amazing! Not only did he know his stuff but he took the time to completely explain what I was facing. Kind, underrstanding and direct. I have seen two specialists in Lubbock and came away not knowing much of anything. I learned more in the first five minutes with Dr Lingala than I did with the two others combined. We are blessed to have this man at RGH.
