I was used to a well-seasoned professional before. It seems different to have much younger personnel attend to me. Although they are good at their jobs.

Laurn said the office would call to set up the next appointment. I received a notice in the mail that I had to call to make an appointment. I don't know if it was scheduled as she directed.

The provider is excellent. We spent too much time waiting to be seen and then after the doctor was done it took a really long time for the nurse to come in and finish the appointment. Overall the care was great it’s just way more time taken for an appointment than what is acceptable

Everything was fine once the appointment actually started, but waiting OVER 1 hour for my appointment to start was inconvenient to say the least.
