Inconsiderate Rude, Assumptive Unprofessionally reprimanded staff for failing to check me in both in a timely manner nor communicate to him that they/she was in part the reason I was checked in late while I was embarrassingly still walking out.. . I admittedly arrived at 942 to the floor my appointment was at 940. I was called at 8:43 in the morning. Asking if I could come in early to fill a canceled appointment as I was on the list for getting called in case there was a cancelation. I came from fondu du lac, a 35 minute ride from my home and did my due diligence to get there safely. I told them this when I accepted the appointment when I arrived in the office at 9:42. There was no signage anywhere to assure me that I was where he was supposed to be. Knowing that time is always a factor I cautiously approach their counter to ask if indeed I was in the right place, she rudely told me to sit down and wait as she was on the phone ... i didn't even speak...as I was supposed to guess that all behind the counter that were wearing a headset were on it actively. She made eye contact I slowly turned around and looked around the room for signage, anything to confirm, I was even in the right place because I had never been there before for an appointment. She left her position and went in the back. I heard her say to someone that somebody was there. No one came out. Eventually she finished her conversation with Doris, where she talked excessively about things that I could overhear and did not seem pertinent to being quick or efficient, knowing she had someone waiting as this made me even more late for the appointment. The doctor scolded me and told me to be quick basically about what was hurting me. So he could get to it. And focus on what was my worst pain first. I endured all of this rudeness. And there was more in order to be mainstreamed and get past the level necessary for insurance. So that I could get into physical therapy. I shouldn't have had to do that. And I don't want to be seen by this doctor again. I have very few choices other than to go outsidenof his reach and where Dr. Homb serves, perhaps Madison. I hope that this will be approved. And I can be forwarded to someone with much better common sense, courtesy and respect. His staff reflects his attitude.I wish to be called by someone personally or I will come in. If that is preferred to a Fond du lac location and speak to someone there if requested. Thank you for your time. This experience was absolutely unnecessary, disappointing, and it's absolutely not going to stop me from getting the proper care i need. I finally have insurance and have been so excited to be able to get affordable care for my damaged back and body. His hurrying of my diagnoses, and the fact that his reading of my MRI from 18 months ago, that does not agree with what the radiologists comments provided causes me to need a third opinion anyway with someone who has the appropriate amounts of both time and knowledge and less ego.

Dr Homb listens to what is going on with me and is extremely kind and compassionate and does his best to find the right solution to my situation.

Good experience

I have seizures and don't understand much and he is awesome as to breaking down things so that I understand and know what is going on! He is a great doctor, I love him only as a doctor though. He has taken great care of me and made sure that everything is needed and everything is explained. I would recommend him to any and everybody!
