She’s a nice lady, and I’m sure she cares, but I feel like she’s operating in a way maybe she’s been taught to by the rules and system. The appointments feel rushed and the depths I need are not met. I never leave complaining reviews, and I hope this is anonymous, because it’s really hard for me to speak out with issues; I feel bad- but I think it’s important to be heard- and it’s not just this provider, it’s many in the system that act in this way.

Jennifer Krieger is a top tier nurse practitioner. She is professional and patient. And took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

The issues that were addressed were covered well, but she didn’t follow up on my complaint of worse recurring back pain. That might be because I said it’s not bad right now, but has been getting worse when I have it.Also, as of today, (6 days after my appointment), I have not gotten a call to set up an echocardiogram or a Halter Moniter appointment.

She needs to listen more to the patient, then assume that she knows more. Iy turned out her diagnosis was wrong

Needs more years of experience. In all fairness I don't know her specialty. Only she is an NP and I have respect for that

Before Dr. Hatt retired, he and I discussed who might become my primary care provider. We agreed that Jennifer would be a good choice as my previous experience with her had been excellent. However my recent visit was most disappointing; she did not appear to be engaged with me, apparently removed items from my medical history without consulting me, and appeared to be unfamiliar with my medical history. I was taken aback because this was so different than my previous experience with her.

I found her to be pleasant, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. She listened well, asked my opinion and included me in decision making in my plan of care. Follow up was scheduled at an appropriate time. She’s awesome!!!

Provider was requested to have this appointment by the treating doctor form North Ottawa Hospital; provider seemed rushed and had forgotten to schedule an appointment with a different care giver per my request at this meeting and had to be reminded.

I know it’s not just her, but there seem to be loud only to be able to discuss one issue. If you try to bring up another one it doesn’t seem to be addressed because there’s not enough time allowed for them to do that. The appointment is for one thing and that’s pretty much it. I don’t think it’s the Jennifer’s problem. I think it’s the schedulers or what they’re allowed to use for each appointment.

I’m so glad I transferred to her. I felt validated, and listened to. I came in feeling shame for my issue, She not let me shame myself and assured me that we would work together to take care of it.
