Very friendly, professional ACTUALLY LISTENED to my concerns. Helped lead the discussion with questions, yet also answered mine and let me lead at times as well. Also showed that she didn't have an ego that many providers have about one of my extremely rare medical conditions. Allowed me to teach her.
