The provider listened to me. He did not enter the room with a care plan already written; he listened to my concerns, provided important educational feedback and created a plan with me. He truly made me feel at ease and explained things to me to help me further understand the bigger picture of my care.

The office needs a walker. I bring my 94 year old mom in a wheelchair. They want to weigh her but she has to have a walker to accomplish that. I’ve mentioned before that the office should have a walker available. As of the last three visits it hasn’t happened and consequently she has not been weighed.

I told him about my health concerns regarding tingling and pain in my feet, and traveling up my legs. I almost had the feeling he didn’t believe me.
