Perfect in every way. What a pleasant experience. Anne was professional, explained things in a way we could understand, made suggestions to help us, helped us to navigate the process of getting an ECHO cardiogram as quickly as possible, basically came along side of us to improve my cardio health.

We met with the Nurse Practitioner Anne Kramer. She was excellent, very knowledgeable, very compassionate. Listened to concerns and offered suggestions and plans. We felt comfortable and encouraged by her care.

Anne Kramer is a very caring nurse practitioner. She took the time to listen to me , and give me great medical insight.A great asset to Memorial’s Cardiologist group !

NP Kramer was very helpful with her suggestion of improving my swelling by saying how often to wear my compression socks and it helped.

The provider took the time to explain the reason behind my symptoms/complaints in way that was easy to understand and made sense. She did not seem in a rush to finish the exam
